To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our cocktails, we carefully select our distribution partners. Your location must meet the following criteria:

• The venue is a hospitality establishment or premium retail space with a focus on experience and quality.

• The overall appearance is polished, stylish and aligned with the luxurious character of TipZ.

• Premium products are used, with attention to presentation and guest experience.

• The location is visible and easily accessible.

• There is genuine interest in building a long-term collaboration.

• TipZ reserves the right to maintain exclusivity in specific regions or segments if necessary.

Reseller Conditions

By signing up as a TipZ Drinks reseller, you agree to the following terms:

- You are a registered business or retailer.

- You agree not to reproduce or modify the product or branding.

- Resellers are not permitted to sell TipZ Drinks through third-party platforms without prior written approval.

- Orders must be placed through the official TipZ channel or representative.

- Prices and availability may vary depending on region and volume.

- TipZ reserves the right to terminate reseller agreements at any time in case of misuse or violation.
